Description

If you will be in Berlin for a short time, this tour is perfect for you, because you will have the unique opportunity to get to know the most emblematic and important places of the great German capital IN A SINGLE DAY! It will be like doing 3 TOURS IN ONE!

We begin our tour at the iconic Brandenburg Gate, a convenient starting point to begin our journey into the rich history of this modern, prosperous and cosmopolitan European city. Of course, we will stop in front of the majestic Reichstag, which is still the headquarter of the German Parliament until nowadays. We then continue to the wonderful and picturesque Tiergarten park, where you will see by yourself why it earned its nickname as "the green lung of Berlin".

Of course, the tour is not complete if we do not talk about the history of Berlin. Specifically, we will review some of the events experienced in the city during the tragic and dark moments that occurred during the Second World War, going through the respective memorials, such as the Holocaust, and emblematic places such as the old Ministry of Propaganda.

On the other hand, we will also get to know the tragic and disastrous time that Berlin had during the Cold War. We will visit the memorable Checkpoint 'Charlie', the only border crossing between East and West Berlin during the divided Germany. Then, we will go to the Official Berlin Wall Memorial and the East Side Gallery, the largest open-air art gallery in the world. What better way to relive the Cold War than to be able to see and touch the remaining sections of the Wall and walk among them!

Afterward, we will have some free time to recharge energies and have some lunch and thus be ready to continue exploring what's left.

We continue towards Alexanderplatz, an emblematic point of the former East Berlin, as well as the Television Tower. Next, we will see the Jewish Council, the first Jewish cemetery in Berlin, and the imposing New Synagogue.

Also, we will visit the Postdamerplatz, which was divided by the Wall during the Cold War. Then, we'll walk down the Kurfürstendamm, or Ku'Damm as Berliners call it, to the picturesque Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church.

We conclude this wonderful and unmissable tour in front of the Zoo Palast cinemas. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!
