In the Gourmet tour of Santiago during the day, we will spend our energy visiting the most symbolic places of the Historic District and also visit the old Plaza de Abastos (food market). We'll recharge our batteries with a Spanish omelet appetizer (tapa), accompanied by a Galician wine, in one of the most characteristic places in Santiago. Once our energy is recharged, we will continue the tour, getting to know the Cathedral of Santiago from the inside. Without realizing it, lunchtime arrives, which we will taste in an authentic restaurant of Santiago, enjoying exclusive Galician recipes, such as octopus, Galician broth, seafood, or raxo. Afterward, we will enjoy dessert in one of the most famous cafeterias and after having a good cup of coffee we will feel fully satisfied with the experience.

During this tour we will share with you secrets, and you will discover the most mystical legends of Santiago de Compostela. After an hour and a half of touring, our appetite will be whetted, and we will satiate it in one of its most peculiar and famous restaurants. We will savour all its delicacies so characteristic of Galicia, such as octopus, shellfish, and the representative Galician dishes (depending on the season). This feast requires finishing it with the ritual of good luck, practising the Queimada Spell with a good witch, the Meiga, who will eliminate all the evil after drinking the Queimada potion.
